I’m a multi-disciplinary creative based on Vancouver Island, working at the intersection of culinary arts, photography, and digital marketing. My approach across all three is the same: clean execution, technical precision, and zero overcomplication.
Culinary
As Chef de Cuisine at Sixty Forty in Central Saanich, and through private chef work, my cooking is shaped by logic, geography, and intent. Alongside Chef Paul Moran, we build menus balancing local, seasonal, and wild-foraged ingredients with select imported components — executed with precision and passion.
We bring wild to your table.
Visual & Marketing
Behind the lens, I run tymo creative — hospitality photography and digital marketing consulting for regional brands, shot on Fujifilm X-T4 and X-T5. My work is high-fidelity and real: the true texture of a dish, the actual feel of a space, the measurable performance of a campaign.
No abstract filler — just clear strategy.
Beyond the Work
When I’m not in a kitchen or behind a camera, I’m outside — foraging, beachcombing (I have a serious rock and fossil collection), and endlessly curious about how complex systems work. I live in Vic West with my 12-year-old dog, Quita.
What you see is what you get: high-level execution, zero pretence, and doing things right the first time.
Thanks for being here, and supporting my work. It’s a labour of love and passion.
